Now what? The holidays are over, the decorations put away. What will we use to distract ourselves? Valentine’s day? We get so caught up in the hype of special days that we may tend to ignore the deep problems humans have created, the effects of which we are now experiencing. What fascinates me is that the dire predictions from experts are challenged by innovative and creative people. We could solve the problems right now, they say. The real issue is, we do not have the will to use what is currently available to turn things around. The money flows elsewhere.
This is a spiritual problem. It is based in lack thinking. “There is not enough to go around.” It is also somewhat superstitious; the notion that “God” will save us or that our destruction is “his” will. The truth is, we have access to the Infinite Field of all Potentialities. We are the how of the creative process. Our right use of mind brings about the changes that benefit humanity.
What now? What can you and I do? It may seem hopeless, but a small group of us, visioning a world of balance, one in harmony with Nature; a world of plenty for everyone; a world of liberty and justice for all, a world celebrating diversity, a world of Love and Intelligence leading the way, would then be guided from within to do whatever is appropriate to make the vision come true. We begin in our own family, our street, our neighborhood, our groups, and with our votes.
Form your own Imagine the World circle. Get busy articulating the Vision.
Affirm: “I do not look away. I look within. I know what mine is to do.”
