Dear friends,
We are there. Humanity has arrived at the tipping point. We have one choice. Evolve. There is no other option; or we will simply wipe out our species and the earth will be glad we are gone. If we had not developed weapons, we would have learned to solve our differences with dialogue and compromise. If we saw our interdependency, from a spiritual awareness, we would not fight each other in the first place. If our “God” was not a white man in the sky, we would honor women, Nature, brown people, homosexuals and the animal kingdom equally with heterosexual, white males. If we felt our own innate worth, we would never have created false power positions, the top of the heap mentality. If we knew the immense Intelligence in our grasp, the power of imagination, of thought, we would not waste it; we would use it consciously.
We need leaders who do not expect to be loved for their service. We need women in leadership roles who bring a more inclusive attitude to the table. We need men who have developed their own Feminine aspect. We need critical thinkers who are not afraid of controversy. We need healthy people leading us. Where will they come from? They are already here! They are you and me. They are what used to be called the silent majority. Too politically correct to make a difference, we are now coming out of the “what if they hate me” closet. Who cares? We need to stand up for humanity; for decency; for a world devoid of war toys. How can we even begin? Vote. Vote. Vote. Tell the Truth. Stop hiding your spiritual awareness. Denounce religious superstition and dogma for what it is: a tactic to control.
Men in dresses chanting and burning incense while they abuse children have no place in an enlightened society. Institutionalized religion has become a toxic force for oppression. Religion that espouses the existence of a “devil” (the ultimate scapegoat) is allowing the mayhem in our world. Religion that excludes women from leadership is perpetuating the bias against the Feminine, the one thing that might save us when partnered with a healthy Masculine.
There are so many issues and most of them stem from a made-up Reality that excludes science and fears Truth.
